Hanoi

Hanoi is a rapidly developing city that carries its beloved Vietnamese culture along with it. This city can be described to have 3 parts: a modern sky-rise district where white-collars would work, a government district where you could see the impacts of Ho Chi Minh on Vietnam, and an old-district where you could see the true beauty of Vietnam. There are remnants of French colonialism in the old district, but in this case, it compliments the culture and makes the city seem more attractive. Oh, the omnipresence of motorbikes and jaywalkers will make you experience a rather interesting one.
